Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking details.

Shipping

We offer free expedited shipping to most states within the United States. All packages are shipped using reliable carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.

You can skip the shipping wait time with free in-store pickup from our warehouse at:

Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (excluding major holidays)
Please bring your order confirmation email when you arrive.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If your order has not arrived within 4 days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at epropackusa@gmail.com with your name and order number. Our team will get back to you within 1 business day.


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the items are unused and in their original condition. Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at epropackusa@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item. We’ll assess the situation case-by-case and aim to resolve the issue promptly.
